I think you should talk with him, tell him what you hate of him (it would be better if you also talk with your parents at the same time), and, if it don´t works, just ignore him, it never fail
I have a big brother, and sometimes I also wanted to cut his head and hit him with an iron bat until his head breaks, but I AM a big brother too, so I started to respect him a little more (magicaly he becomes mature enough to stop of being a total asshole)
But I truly suggest you to talk with your parents and your brother, if he don´t stop bothering you, at least I think he will do it less
I hope the things end good, and your brother respect you more ^_^
